Our THAMESMEAD home offers a peaceful and purposeful space with indoor recreational facilities and friendly staff to support involvement. This spacious four-bedroom unit is located in close proximity to magnificent indoor and outdoor facilities and only ten minutes’ walk from National Rail Services into central London and the town centre.

This home is best suited to young people seeking to reconnect with themselves and willing to take a proactive stance in accessing support to improve their lives.

This unit will provide services from internal and contracted professional partners, incorporating Maintenance, Keywork, Engagement and Support, Educational assessment, and Counselling where necessary. As a team we are able to accomplish so much.

Opportunities

We will also work closely with a wide variety of external non-contracted partners such as the Metropolitan police, educational institutions, employment and training providers who will give us the opportunity to provide a diverse range of options for the young people in our care to explore.

We pride ourselves in maintaining healthy working relationships with all our partners, and are continuously exploring new avenues.

As Health & Social Care professionals with over 12 years of experience dealing and working with complex cases, our priorities still remains the same since the outset; to support the young people who need our help most. As we move forward, and we develop our services, we do so with the vision of being able to further enhance our already high standards and increase existing provision, ultimately giving us the capacity to support more young people.
